HONE Athletics provides a platform for athletes to complete anonymous surveys about their general well-being and stressors. The purpose is to help coaches understand team-wide trends and provide appropriate support using aggregated data and recommended strategies.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered athlete with a participating organization or team to use this App or an individual athlete over the age of 13.

3. Privacy and Anonymity

• All survey responses are anonymous. No personal identifiers (such as name, email, or device ID) are linked to your responses.

• Aggregated, non-identifiable information is shared with your coach via a secure dashboard/app.

4. Non-Diagnostic Content

• The App’s surveys are not medical or psychological diagnostics and do not provide medical advice.

• The information provided is for general well-being monitoring only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

• You agree to indemnify Mindful Athletics Inc. from any and all claims or actions relating to your health or well-being.

 

5. Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree:

• Not to attempt to de-anonymize survey responses.

• Not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its security features.

• Not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 

6. Voluntary Participation

• Participation in surveys is voluntary. You may choose not to participate or to withdraw at any time.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials in the App are the property of Mindful Athletics Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
